Welcome to MyTiangge.com – the online tiangge ng bayan. By using our website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they explain your rights and responsibilities as a buyer.


✅ 1. About MyTiangge

  • Community Hub – MyTiangge is a community-driven retail hub connecting independent sellers and buyers across the Philippines. Sellers may offer goods, food, services, digital items, and pre-loved products.
  • Independent Sellers – Each shop is owned and operated by its vendor. MyTiangge provides the online space, tools, and payment processing system but does not manufacture, own, or directly sell any items.
  • No Mall Rules – MyTiangge is seller-first and simple. Vendors are responsible for following Philippine laws relevant to their business.

✅ 2. Your Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register or purchase.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login and password secure.
  • You agree not to misuse the site (fraudulent orders, fake accounts, abuse of sellers, or unlawful activity).

✅ 3. Orders & Payments

  • Prices are set by individual sellers.
  • Payments are processed securely via MyTiangge’s authorized payment partners (e.g., card, GCash, Google Pay, Apple Pay).
  • Payment is collected immediately upon checkout. Processing fees are non-refundable unless the seller agrees otherwise.

✅ 4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping and delivery are self-arranged by sellers. MyTiangge provides the interface for rate setup only.
  • Sellers may use their preferred couriers (e.g., J&T, SPX, LBC, JRS) or hand-deliver orders within their service area.
  • MyTiangge is not a logistics provider and is not liable for courier delays, loss, or damages in transit.
  • Delivery time estimates come from the seller and may vary by location or weather.

✅ 5. Refunds & Returns

  • Each seller sets their own refund or return policy displayed on their shop page.
  • Buyers should contact the seller directly for any concern before requesting platform assistance.
  • If unresolved, MyTiangge may mediate neutrally but the seller remains the party responsible.
  • Refunds for digital payments (GCash, card, etc.) require proof of payment sent to info@mytiangge.com. Processing fees are non-refundable.

✅ 6. Buyer Conduct

  • Be respectful when communicating with sellers and other buyers.
  • Do not misuse sellers’ contact or personal data for spam or external marketing.
  • Use the platform only for lawful and honest transactions.

✅ 7. Marketplace Limitations

  • MyTiangge does not guarantee the quality, legality, or availability of any product listed by independent sellers.
  • Product descriptions, photos, and prices are supplied by sellers.
  • MyTiangge provides the payment and order-tracking system but is not the seller of record for any transaction.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyTiangge shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from courier issues, defective goods, or disputes between buyers and sellers.

✅ 8. Restricted Items

MyTiangge strictly prohibits the sale or promotion of the following:

  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and regulated chemicals
  • Weapons, explosives, ammunition, and firearm parts
  • Stolen goods
  • Hate, harassment, or violent content
  • Items that promote self-harm, animal cruelty, or dangerous acts
  • Unregistered food or health products claiming medical effects
  • Any item prohibited under Philippine law or relevant local regulations

✅ 9. Privacy & Data Use

  • Your personal information is used only to process orders, provide support, and improve site experience.
  • Buyer details are shared with sellers solely for order fulfillment. Sellers are not allowed to use them for unrelated marketing.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will appear on this page with the new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.
