1. About MyTiangge

Ano ang MyTiangge?
MyTiangge ay isang local community hub kung saan home cooks, side hustles, online resellers, artists, crafters, thrift sellers, and small shops puwedeng magbenta ng goods, food, digital items, at services sa isang friendly online space.
Ano ang pinagkaiba ng MyTiangge sa ibang platforms?
Hindi kami corporate mall. MyTiangge feels like a digital tiangge — simple, welcoming, at community-first.

What makes us different:

2. Becoming a Seller

Ano ang requirements?
Basic lang:
  • Valid government ID
  • Store details (shop name, email, contact number, address)
  • Pagsunod sa community rules ng MyTiangge
Kailangan ba ng DTI, BIR, o Trustmark?
Hindi required para makapagsimula. MyTiangge is not anti-compliance — pro-seller. Puwede kang magsimula small, then mag-register kapag lumaki na ang benta.
Paano mag sign-up?
  1. Punta sa Vendor Registration.
  2. Fill-up ang form at i-upload ang valid ID.
  3. Hintayin ang approval email na may login link papunta sa Seller Dashboard.
Puwede ba magbenta ng food?
Oo. Home-cooked meals, baked goods, snacks, and small food brands are welcome. Seller ang responsible sa proper handling at tamang description.
Puwede ba mag-post ng services?
Oo. Tutorials, lessons, beauty services, repairs, home services, at iba pang bookings ay allowed. I-explain sa description ang schedule at inclusions.
Puwede ba magbenta ng digital products?
Oo — e-books, templates, printables, presets, music files at iba pang downloadable content.
Puwede ba ang preloved / thrift?
Oo. Ukay, vintage, garage sale finds, collectibles, and other pre-loved items are welcome as long as they are safe, legal, and accurately described.

3. Integrated Checkout Freedom

May checkout ba dito?
Oo — full checkout with:
  • GCash
  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
Puwede ko bang gamitin ang MyTiangge bilang checkout page for FB/IG?
Oo. Perfect para sa FB/IG sellers na gusto ng:
  • Secure payments (no manual GCash sending)
  • Professional storefront
  • Low deductions

4. Fees & Payouts

Magkano ang fees?
  • Service Fee: 5% per completed order
  • Payment Processing Fee: charged by payment providers

May hidden charges ba?
Wala. Walang listing fees, subscription fees, o extra program charges.
Kailan ang payout?
Payouts are processed every Friday. Orders auto-confirm after 7 days kung di i-confirm ng buyer.
Saan ipinapasok ang payout?
Payouts go straight to the bank account or e-wallet na ipakukuha namin kapag ready ka nang mag-setup ng payout details.

Kung kailangan mong baguhin ang payout details, i-message lang ang MyTiangge Support.

5. Listing & Products

Paano mag-list ng product?
Sa Seller Dashboard:
  • Mag-upload ng malinaw na photos
  • Mag-lagay ng accurate description
  • I-set ang tamang price
  • I-update ang stock
  • Ilagay ang shipping weight/dimensions (recommended)
Puwede ba ang pre-order o custom-made?
Oo. Idagdag sa description ang lead time (hal. “Pre-order – ships in 7 days”).
Paano kung may variants?
Gamitin ang Variants para sa sizes, colors, designs, or flavors.
May limit ba sa number of products?
Wala — upload as many as you can manage.

6. Shipping

Ano ang shipping setup sa MyTiangge?
May sarili kang Shipping Profile per shop.

Think of it as a manual rate chart:
  • Magse-set ka ng delivery fee per area (NCR, Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
  • Base ito sa courier rates na ikaw ang pipili
  • Example: NCR ₱80 / Luzon ₱120 / Visayas ₱150 / Mindanao ₱180

Important:
  • Shipping Profile = NOT a courier connection
  • No courier integrations as of now
  • Ikaw pa rin ang magbo-book ng courier using your own app or branch

Ano ang mga courier na puwedeng gamitin?
Seller’s choice:
  • Grab / Lalamove
  • LBC
  • J&T / Flash Express
  • JRS
  • Any rider or courier you trust
Paano mag-set ng shipping fees?
Sa Shipping Profile:
  • Gumawa ng zones
  • Ilagay ang price per zone
  • Pick-up/meet-up = set to ₱0
Self-arranged ba ang shipping?
Oo. Ikaw ang magbo-book ng courier (Grab, Lalamove, J&T, LBC, Flash, JRS).
Kailangan ba ng weight at dimensions?
Optional pero recommended, para realistic ang rates at ready ka sa future integrations.

7. Orders & Buyer Interaction

Paano ko malalaman kung may order?
Makikita sa Orders tab at may email notification din.
Paano mag-fulfill ng order?
  1. I-pack ang item
  2. Mag-book ng courier (self-arranged)
  3. I-mark ang order as Fulfilled/Shipped
Puwede ba mag-deal outside MyTiangge?
Hindi. Ang maliit na service fee ang ginagamit para sa upkeep ng site: hosting, support, security, at development ng features.

Kapag outside-the-platform ang transaction:
  • Walang seller protection
  • Walang payout tracking
  • Walang dispute record
Kaya hinihiling namin ang cooperation ng lahat ng sellers para panatilihin ang transactions sa MyTiangge.
Paano gamitin ang chat?
Gamitin ang Messages sa Seller Dashboard para sa order concerns, schedules, o delivery instructions. Mas safe kaysa personal accounts.

8. Returns, Refunds & Support

Ano ang return/refund rules?
Allowed kung:
  • Damaged o defective ang item
  • Hindi tugma sa description
  • May kulang na parts
Change of mind depende sa seller. Full rules: Refund Policy.
Ano ang gagawin kung may problema sa order?
  1. Makipag-chat muna sa buyer para ayusin.
  2. Kung hindi ma-resolve, i-email ang MyTiangge Support na may screenshots at order details.

9. Compliance & Platform Rules

Sino ang responsible sa permits at taxes?
Bawat seller ang responsible sa sarili nilang permits, registration, at tax obligations. MyTiangge is a community hub — hindi kami tax collector o regulator.
Ano ang bawal ibenta?
Bawal ang:
  • Illegal drugs at regulated chemicals
  • Weapons, explosives, at firearm parts
  • Hate/violence content or harmful materials
  • Any other item prohibited by Philippine law

Paano kung may issue sa courier?
Courier issues (delay, loss, damage) are between seller and courier dahil self-arranged shipping tayo. MyTiangge can assist with general guidance.
Paano ang dispute handling?
Karamihan ng disputes naso-solve sa chat. Kung hindi:
  • Seller or buyer emails MyTiangge with complete details
  • MyTiangge may act as neutral mediator
