1. About MyTiangge
Q: Ano ang MyTiangge?
Online community site para sa pagbebenta—parang barangay tiangge, pero digital.
Puwedeng magbenta ang small biz owners, hobbyists, sari-sari stores, resellers, food vendors, freelancers,
at sinumang may produkto o serbisyo. Buyers makakahanap ng bargains, suki deals, pagkain, at unique finds.
Q: Sino puwedeng magbenta?
Kahit sino! Walang minimum capital. Puwede ang bagong produkto, preloved, hand-made, food items, at digital products.
2. Becoming a Seller
Q: May joining fee ba?
Wala. Ang site ay supported by a small platform commission per completed order at standard
payment processing fees (see Fees section).
Q: Kailangan ba ng DTI o business permit?
Hindi required para makapagsimula. Casual sellers (sideline, hobby, preloved) puwede agad.
Kapag lumaki ang benta, recommended mag-register (DTI/BIR) para compliant at mas credible sa buyers.
Q: Paano mag-sign up?
Fill up the Seller Registration Form.
Required ngayon ang:
- Shop & owner details
- Valid Government-issued ID (dapat tugma ang pangalan sa ire-register na seller)
3. Fees & Payouts
Q: Magkano ang fees?
- Commission: 10% + ₱12 per order (fixed, transparent)
- Processing Fee: Pass-through ng payment gateway (hindi napupunta sa MyTiangge)
Example: ₱1,000 order → less ₱100 (commission) → less gateway charge (~₱12–₱20) → est. net payout ~₱880.

Q: Kailan ako mababayaran?
- Kapag ni-mark na ng buyer ang “Order Received”, isasama sa next payout cycle.
- Kung hindi i-mark ng buyer, system auto-confirms after 7 days.
- Weekly payouts every Friday.
4. Listing & Orders
Q: Paano mag-list ng product?
Sa Seller Dashboard, mag-upload ng malinaw na photos, maglagay ng accurate description, price, stock,
at tamang shipping weight/dimensions.
Q: Puwede ba ang pre-order o custom-made?
Oo, puwede. Idagdag sa product description ang lead time (e.g., “Ships in 7 days”).
Q: Puwede bang makipag-deal direkta sa buyer (outside the site)?
Hindi puwede. Bakit?
- Maliit ang fees at napupunta sa upkeep & maintenance ng site (hosting, security, support, tools).
- Payment processing fees ay para sa gateway—hindi sa amin.
- Kapag off-site, mawawala ang seller protection (walang payout assurance at mahirap ang proof trail).
5. Shipping & Handling
Q: Sino ang mag-aasikaso ng shipping?
Seller ang pipili at magbo-book ng courier. Options: Grab/Lalamove (same-day),
LBC (provincial), J&T/Flash (budget), JRS (selected areas).

Q: Paano iseset ang shipping fee?
Ilagay ang tamang packed size & weight. Couriers use volumetric weight, kaya laging sukatin ang nakabalot na item.
Q: Ilang araw dapat bago i-ship out?
Standard ay 2–3 days para sa ready stock. Para sa pre-order/custom, isulat sa description ang timeline.
6. Support
Q: Paano ang refund/return?
Allowed kung damaged/defective, not as described, o kulang ang parts.
Change of mind is not covered unless pinapayagan ng seller.

Q: Paano kung may issue sa order o sa courier/buyer communication?
- Makipag-ayos muna directly sa buyer via order chat (clear photos/proof help a lot).
- Kung courier concern, i-escalate sa courier at mag-attach ng proof (waybill/booking screenshot, chat logs).
- Kung hindi pa rin ma-resolve, email info@mytiangge.com with order # at proofs para makatulong kami sa coordination.
