  • Seller Information: shop profile, product listings, payout preferences, and store activity.
  • Support & Dispute Information: messages and attachments you provide to customer support.
  • Technical Information: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and general usage data collected via cookies or similar tools.

  • With Legal Authorities: when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users and the platform.

  • MyTiangge is a platform service provider and does not collect or remit taxes on behalf of sellers.

✅ Payments & Security

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., card processors, GCash-enabled partners). MyTiangge does not store full card details.
  • Refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. Payment processing fees are generally non-refundable.
  • Payouts are made only to the seller’s registered account details provided in the seller dashboard.
