✔ Community Marketplace Structure
At MyTiangge, each shop is run by an independent seller. This means your order may ship directly from the seller’s location rather than from a single warehouse. If you order from multiple sellers, items may arrive separately.
✔ Shipping Methods & Couriers
Sellers choose their preferred shipping method and courier. Options may include J&T, LBC, Ninja Van, Grab Express, Lalamove, or local delivery services. For food and service bookings, delivery is arranged within your community through the seller’s chosen provider.
✔ Shipping Coverage

Nationwide shipping across the Philippines is available for most goods.

Food and services are location-based: only available if you’re within the seller’s delivery radius.

Some remote areas may have limited courier access or higher shipping fees.

Fees are calculated based on seller location, weight, and courier rates.

Any promotions (e.g., free shipping or discounted delivery) are set by sellers, not by MyTiangge.

Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
✔ Delivery Times

Standard parcels: 2–7 business days depending on courier and location.

Food & same-day delivery: Usually within 1–2 hours, but may vary due to weather, traffic, or rider availability.

Please note: MyTiangge does not guarantee courier timelines but sellers are encouraged to ship promptly.
✔ Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, sellers are required to provide tracking details (if applicable).

You’ll be able to follow your order via the courier’s tracking page or through updates from your seller.
✔ Responsibility & Risk

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the item is handed over to the courier.

For missing or delayed shipments, please first contact the seller. If unresolved, MyTiangge may step in as a neutral mediator.
✔ Multiple Shipments
If you ordered from different sellers in one checkout, you may receive multiple shipping confirmations and separate delivery schedules.
✔ Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping details are complete and accurate.

If the courier returns the parcel due to incomplete or wrong details, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

For food orders, failed deliveries (wrong pin, unreachable contact) may still be charged.

If a courier marks “buyer not home” without attempting delivery, this should be raised immediately with the seller. Buyers will not be automatically penalized in such cases. MyTiangge encourages sellers to escalate courier misconduct so charges are not unfairly passed on to buyers.
✔ Marketplace Limitation
MyTiangge is a platform provider. We do not operate couriers, we do not control delivery timelines, and we are not liable for courier errors or delays. Sellers are responsible for dispatching items in a timely manner.
