Seller Onboarding Guide

Welcome to MyTiangge! 🎉 Dito mo matututunan kung paano i-set up ang account mo, mag-add ng products, at i-manage ang orders. Kung may tanong, check mo ang Seller FAQ o message kami sa info@mytiangge.com.

1) Create Your Seller Account

  • Punta sa Vendor Registration at fill-up-an ang form.
  • I-upload ang valid ID mo — ginagamit namin ito para ma-verify ka as legit seller.
  • Kapag approved, makakatanggap ka ng access link sa Seller Dashboard through email.

2) Explore Your Dashboard

Pag-login mo, makikita mo sa left side menu ang mga ito:

  • Dashboard: Quick summary ng sales at orders mo.
  • Orders: Dito mo imo-monitor at i-update ang bawat order.
  • Products: Add or edit products, stock, at prices.
  • Payout: Kita mo rito ang earnings at payout schedule.
  • Messages: Direct chat sa buyer (use this for safety).
  • Settings: Lahat ng setup options mo nandito (see Section 3).

3) Settings & Vendor Profile

Sa Settings tab, andito lahat ng info at configuration ng shop mo.

A) General Settings

  • I-upload ang profile image mo at lagay ng display name.
  • Set your default language at timezone (usually auto-detect).
  • ‘Yung File Upload Size ok lang i-leave sa default.
  • Tip: Phone number — digits lang ha, wag nang may “+” or dashes.

B) Vendor Profile (Main Area)

Dito mo ise-set up lahat ng important info about your shop — parang business card mo sa MyTiangge.

  • Company Details
    • Ilagay ang brand name, contact person, number, at email mo.
    • Complete address — para sa invoices at returns kung sakali.
    • May field na “Upload Document” pero di mo na kailangang galawin; d’yan naka-save ‘yung ID na sinubmit mo nung registration.
    • Pwede mong i-edit ang short “About Us,” upload banner (1440×465 px), at ilagay ang social links (FB/IG/TikTok) para mas mukhang legit.
  • Billing & Invoice
    • I-fill-out kung kailangan mo ng invoice details para sa resibo.
    • Optional lang ‘yung invoice number settings — pwede mong i-skip kung di mo gamit.
  • Warehouses
    • Kung isa lang ang shipping address mo, set it once at ok na ‘yan.
    • Kung may iba kang pick-up points, pwede ka mag-add ng warehouse entries.
  • Shipping Partners → Shipping Profiles
    • Dito ka gagawa ng zones at rates kung gusto mong mag-customize ng shipping.
    • Check mo rin ang Shipping Set-Up Tutorial para sa step-by-step guide.
    • Package size at weight optional muna ngayon, pero useful in case mag-integrate tayo ng courier later on.
  • Users & Permissions
    • Pwede kang mag-add ng staff or helper na may limited access lang.
  • Payment Integration
    • Wala ka nang kailangan i-setup. All payments handled by MyTiangge platform.

C) Sync Settings

Not available for vendors — leave it as-is lang muna.

D) Integrations

  • Email Configuration: Not available for vendors — leave it as-is.
  • All system emails will still come from no-reply@mytiangge.com.
  • Notification Templates: Ready-made na, no need to edit.
  • Mail Logs: Shows status ng mga emails (ignore “failed” tests).
  • ChatGPT Integration: Not required; skip mo lang.

E) File Upload History

Makikita mo dito ang record ng mga bulk uploads — mostly for reference lang.

4) Complete Your Store Profile

  • I-upload ang logo at banner (recommended 1440×465 px).
  • Maglagay ng short “About Us” — simple, friendly, at diretso.
  • Optional: Add your social links para mas trustworthy tingnan shop mo.
  • Pwedeng maglagay ng shop rules (e.g. pre-order 3-5 days). Kung may conflict, platform policy pa rin ang masusunod.

5) Add Your Products

  • Gamitin ang malinaw na pictures — actual shots kung kaya.
  • Describe properly (sukat, kulay, condition, important notes).
  • Set mo ang price na covered ang gastos + profit mo.
  • Keep inventory updated para iwas cancel.
  • Variants? Gamitin para sa sizes or colors.
  • Size & weight optional muna, pero good habit na maglagay para ready ka sa courier integration later.

6) Selling Digital Products

  • Upload file (max 20 MB) o paste download link (Drive, Dropbox).
  • Kung may ibang format (PDF + MP3), pwedeng hiwalay or bundled product.
  • Walang shipping needed, automatic delivery ito.

7) Selling Services (Weight 0)

  • Add service as Physical Product (not Digital).
  • Set weight = 0 para walang shipping charge.
  • Examples: “Home Massage,” “Online Tutorial – 1 hour.”
  • I-explain sa description ang schedule at inclusions.
  • I-coordinate ang booking via chat once may order na.

8) Shipping Setup

For now, self-arranged shipping pa tayo. Ibig sabihin, ikaw mismo pipili ng courier mo (kung saan ka sanay o pinakamura para sa’yo).

  • Iba-iba kasi ang gusto ng sellers — may ayaw sa ilang courier, may sariling contact or rate. Kaya hindi pa integrated sa system.
  • In the future, puwede tayong mag-integrate ng built-in courier system kapag ready na.

9) Size & Weight (Optional)

Optional pa ngayon, pero magandang practice na rin ilagay para ready ka sa future courier integration.

10) Proof of Packing (Suggestion)

Hindi ito required, pero magandang habit para sa protection mo in case may dispute:

  • Picture ng item bago i-pack.
  • Picture ng sealed parcel with waybill.
  • Courier receipt or tracking number.
  • Kung may option sa order page na “Fulfilled” o may attachment field, ok gamitin yun kung gusto mo.

11) Order Flow & Payout

  1. Buyer places order → makikita mo sa “Orders” tab.
  2. Pag na-ship mo na, mark it as “Fulfilled” or “Shipped.”
  3. Buyer can click “Order Received” or auto-confirm after a few days.
  4. Once confirmed, kasali na sa next payout schedule mo.

12) Seller Responsibilities

  • Ship orders on time.
  • Make sure tama ang description at photos.
  • Handle returns or disputes fairly.
  • Use platform chat — wag mag-deal outside the site for safety.

13) Tips para Mas Mabilis ang Benta

  • Use clear titles (hal. “White Tote Bag – Canvas 12×14”).
  • Encourage reviews — mas maraming stars, mas maraming tiwala.
  • Try bundle promos or “buy 2 save ₱50.”
  • Promote your shop link sa FB, TikTok, IG para mas maraming traffic.

Appendix — Fees & Payout Info

  • Service Fee: 5% per completed order.
  • Payment Processing Fee: charged by the payment gateway (GCash, card, etc.).

Payout Schedule

  • Orders marked “completed” are included in the next Friday payout.
  • Kung di mag-confirm si buyer, system auto-confirms after 7 days.

Registration Note (DTI/BIR)

Hindi mo kailangan ng DTI o BIR para makapagsimula. Pero pag lumaki na sales mo, maganda ring mag-register para mas legit tingnan at mas madali sa future collabs.
