Seller Onboarding Guide

Welcome to MyTiangge! Dito mo matututunan kung paano i-set up ang account mo, mag-add ng products, at i-manage ang orders.

Pwedeng mag-message sa amin direkta sa Messenger (MyTiangge Facebook Page) kung mas madali para sa’yo.

1) Create Your Seller Account
  • Punta sa Vendor Registration at fill-up-an ang form.
  • I-upload ang valid ID mo para ma-verify ka as legit seller.
  • Kapag approved, makakatanggap ka ng login link sa email.
1.5) Integrated Checkout Freedom

MyTiangge hindi lang selling platform — ito rin ang trusted checkout hub para sa small sellers na nagpo-promote na sa Facebook, Instagram, o ibang social channels.

  • Gamitin ang store link mo bilang official checkout page — secure, transparent, at walang malaking bawas sa bawat order.
  • Tumanggap ng payments via GCash, card, Google Pay, at Apple Pay.
  • Iwasan ang mataas na deductions at red tape sa ibang platforms.
  • Stay visible anywhere (FB, IG), pero dito ka kumikita nang mas malaki.

In short: stay visible anywhere, but earn more here.

2) Explore Your Dashboard

Makikita mo sa left side:

  • Dashboard – summary ng orders at earnings
  • Orders – update & fulfill orders
  • Products – add & edit items
  • Payout – earnings & schedule
  • Messages – chat with buyers
  • Settings – lahat ng setup options

Important:
Para maka-accept ng orders, kailangan mong gumawa ng Shipping Profile at mag-set ng rates per zone.

3) Settings & Vendor Profile

A) General Settings

  • Upload a profile image & display name.
  • Timezone usually auto-detect.
  • Phone number: digits only (no +, hyphens).

B) Vendor Profile

Parang business card ng shop mo:

  • Brand name, contact person, email, number
  • Complete address (for receipt/returns)
  • Uploaded ID is already saved — no need to edit
  • Upload banner (1440×465 px)
  • Add FB/IG links for trust

C) Warehouses

  • Ilagay ang shipping/pickup address mo.

D) Users & Permissions

  • Add staff with limited access (optional).

E) Payment Integration

  • Wala kang kailangan i-setup — handled by MyTiangge.
4) Complete Your Store Profile
  • Upload logo & banner
  • Add a short “About Us”
  • Connect your Facebook/Instagram
  • Add shop rules (optional)
5) Add Your Products
  • Use clear photos (actual shots if possible)
  • Complete description (size, color, condition)
  • Price = cost + profit
  • Update inventory regularly
  • Use Variants for sizes/colors
6) Selling Digital Products
  • Upload file (max 20MB) or add a download link
  • For multiple formats, create bundles
  • No shipping required
7) Selling Services (Weight 0)
  • Create as Physical Product
  • Set weight = 0 (no shipping)
  • Add schedule & details
  • Coordinate via chat once booked
8) Shipping Setup (Important!)

Think of your Shipping Profile as a simple rate chart — hindi ito courier connection.

Dito mo nilalagay ang shipping fee per area base sa rates ng courier na ikaw ang pipili (J&T, LBC, Flash Express, etc.).

We are not integrated with any courier.
Ikaw pa rin ang magpapadala ng parcel using your preferred courier.

Example:
NCR ₱80 → Luzon ₱120 → Visayas ₱150 → Mindanao ₱180
Ilalagay mo lang ‘yan dito bilang shipping rates.

Kapag wala kang Shipping Profile, lalabas sa buyer: "Shipping not available".

  • Pumunta sa Settings → Shipping Partners → Shipping Profiles
  • Add Zone (NCR, Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
  • Ilagay ang presyo per zone based on your courier
  • Pickup/meet-up = set to ₱0

Summary:
Shipping Profile = manual price list, NOT courier integration.

9) Size & Weight (Optional)

Optional now, but helpful later when courier integration becomes available.

10) Proof of Packing (Suggestion)
  • Photo of item before packing
  • Photo of sealed parcel with waybill
  • Tracking number or receipt
11) Order Flow & Payout
  1. Buyer places order
  2. Seller marks as Fulfilled/Shipped
  3. Buyer confirms (or auto-confirm)
  4. Included in next Friday payout
12) Seller Responsibilities
  • Ship on time
  • Use accurate descriptions/photos
  • Handle disputes fairly
  • Use platform chat for safety
13) Tips para Mas Mabilis ang Benta
  • Clear titles
  • Encourage reviews
  • Bundle promos
  • Promote your MyTiangge shop link on FB/IG
Appendix — Fees & Payout Info
  • Service Fee: 5% per completed order
  • Payment Processing Fee: charged by the payment gateway

Payout:

  • Released every Friday
  • Unconfirmed orders auto-confirm after 7 days

Hindi kailangan para makapagsimula. Optional kapag lumaki na ang sales mo.
